ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• Deadline for submission is Friday 8 August 2025 (11:59 PM CEST).
• Please submit abstracts via email (see below).
• Abstracts are to be clear and present original research results.  The hypothesis should be clearly stated.  The abstract may contain more than one paragraph (but no more than 250 words).  No more than 2 key references using 120 words or less should be cited.
• All submissions will be independently peer-reviewed based on scientific or clinical quality and topical relevance. 
• If your abstract is accepted by the Programme Committee you must register for the conference by 29 August 2025 (11.59pm CEST).  The cost to attend the conference is on the registration/ticketing prices page and includes:
  – Attendance at all sessions;
  – Inclusion of Abstract in the conference Abstract book (subject to Programme Committee approval);
  – If Abstract is selected by the Programme Committee, either a speaking position OR a poster presentation at the conference.
• No more than two abstracts as presenting author are permitted (only one will be eligible as an oral presentation – the other may be selected as a poster presentation).
